Tips
- Watch Remaining credits to avoid throttling sends late in the cycle.
- If you consistently run out, click Change Plan to scale up.
- Keep a valid payment method on file to prevent service interruptions.
Troubleshooting
- Can’t add card: Recheck number, expiry, CVC, and billing ZIP; try another card if needed.
- Usage looks off: Confirm which view you’re on (Usage vs. Credits) and whether totals include all accounts.
- Missing invoices: Verify whether billing is handled by the main account vs. the sub-account.
