Billing: How to View Your Plan, Credits, and Payments

The Billing section shows your plan, usage/credits, payment method, and invoice history.

Access Billing

  1. On the left menu, scroll to the bottom and click your name/email.
  2. In the menu that opens, click Billing.

Your Plan (top-left card)

  • Plan name & price – Monthly cost of your current plan.
  • Next invoice date – When you’ll be billed next.
  • Usage / Credits toggle – Switch between two views of your account consumption.

Usage view

Displays the total usage of your plan (all credit types used):

  • Campaigns – Credits consumed by sent SMS/MMS.
  • Auto-reply – Credits used by opt-in/welcome or automated replies.
  • Inbox – Credits used by 1:1 messages you send.
  • Total credits – Sum of credits used for this brand.
  • Total Usage Across All Accounts – If you have multiple brands/sub-accounts, this shows the global total used across all of them.
  • Change Plan – Click to switch to a different plan.

Credits view

Shows remaining and rollover credit balances:

  • Your Monthly Plan Credits – Total credits included in your plan for the current period.
  • Remaining credits – What you have left to use before the reset.
  • Resets on – The date your monthly credits renew.

If your account has Rollover Credits:

  • Rollover Credits – Balances roll over month to month, never expire while the account is active, and are used before plan credits.
  • Total Available Credits – Combined total of rollover + current plan credits.

Payment Method (top-right card)

  • View your current card on file.
  • Click Add Payment Method to add a new card. A secure pop-up will prompt for card details.

Billing History (bottom section)

A table with your past invoices:

  • Invoice Date | Description | Status | Billing Period | Amount | Links
  • Use the links to download Invoice and Receipt.

Note for sub-accounts: If sub-accounts are managed separately, each will display its own Billing History. If billing is managed at the main account, history will appear only on the main account.

Tips

  • Watch Remaining credits to avoid throttling sends late in the cycle.
  • If you consistently run out, click Change Plan to scale up.
  • Keep a valid payment method on file to prevent service interruptions.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t add card: Recheck number, expiry, CVC, and billing ZIP; try another card if needed.
  • Usage looks off: Confirm which view you’re on (Usage vs. Credits) and whether totals include all accounts.
  • Missing invoices: Verify whether billing is handled by the main account vs. the sub-account.
