How to Manage Accounts & Sub-Accounts

Use Accounts/Sub-accounts to organize brands and keep sending separated by workspace.


Steps

  1. Open Account Settings
    Click your profile (name/email) at the bottom of the left menu → select Account Settings.
  2. Manage an existing brand
    In Accounts, click the brand you want to edit.
  3. Create a new sub-account
    Click Create +.
  4. Fill in account details
    • Account Name: enter the brand/workspace name.
    • Phone Number: select the number you will assign to this account.
    • Plan: you will see the plan from your main account; this plan applies the same to all sub-accounts.
  5. Save
    Click Save to create the sub-account (or apply changes to an existing one).
  6. Switch between accounts
    In the Accounts table, under the Switch column, click the switch icon for the account you want to enter—the app will switch you to that account automatically.

Notes

  • Sub-accounts inherit the same plan as the main account.
  • Verify the Phone Number assignment before saving.

You can return to Account Settings → Accounts anytime to review or update brand details.
