Understanding Your Campaign Status & Report

There are four campaign statuses in LeadWire. Knowing what each one means—and what you can see in your Campaigns list—helps you move fast and measure impact.

Campaign Statuses

  • Draft
    Your campaign is created but not finished or not scheduled yet.
  • Scheduled
    Your campaign is set to send at a future date/time.
  • Sending
    Your campaign is actively sending to the selected audience(s).
  • Sent
    Your campaign finished sending.

What You See in the Campaigns List

  • Campaign Name
    The internal name you gave the campaign.
  • Status
    One of the four statuses above: Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Sent.
  • Audiences Sent To
    Which Audience(s) received (or will receive) the campaign, plus how many contacts were targeted.
  • Clicks
    The number of tracked link clicks generated by the campaign (ensure you used Short URL when adding links to enable tracking).
  • View Report
    Opens the campaign’s detailed report.

View Report (What You’ll Learn)

When you click View Report, you’ll see a detailed view of that campaign, including:

  • Campaign details (name, message type)
  • Audience and total targeted contacts
  • Clicks (and other available engagement metrics)
  • Message preview for quick reference

Use this report to confirm performance and decide your next action (repeat, refine, or retarget).
